About Rebecca
Rebecca is a confident, experienced injector with unparalleled precision who takes pride in her holistic approach to aging gracefully and remaining naturally beautiful. She is thoughtful, thorough, and knows how to truly connect with each and every patient. She uses a proven, systematic methodology with her lasers and medical skin treatments. Rebecca earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Catholic University in 2012, her B.S. in Nursing from Syracuse University in 1990, and she trained at prestigious Yvonne De Vilar Scientific Skin Care Institute. As a nurse and practitioner for 25+ years, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and care to plastic and reconstructive surgery and skin rejuvenation treatments.
On a personal level, Rebecca is a present and engaged mother of three (12-year-old twin boys Luke & Jack, and a 10-year-old daughter, Lyla) and lives in Bethesda, MD.
Treatments
Neurotoxins
Neurotoxins are injectable compounds that relax muscles, smoothing out lines and wrinkles. There are several brands of neurotoxins that can be used to treat various areas such as: forehead lines, 11’s, and crow’s feet. It can also aid in slimming the jaw and treating excessive sweating.
XEOMIN® is a neurotoxin designed to reduce facial lines and wrinkles by blocking the muscle contractions that cause them. It is one of several neurotoxin brands on the market. According to the manufacturer, XEOMIN is produced with a unique process that isolates the therapeutic component of the molecule, removing unrelated proteins. This may provide the patient with a more precise application of the treatment to the desired treatment area. XEOMIN is a popular choice because many people have reported that it helps them achieve a fresher, natural, younger appearance.
Dysport® is one of several injectables that belong to a class of treatments called neurotoxins or neuromodulators. This class of injectable treatment is designed to reduce wrinkles and fine lines on the face and neck and works by relaxing muscles.
Dysport can be use to target specific treatment areas and you can still express yourself naturally.
One of the most well known neurotoxins is BOTOX® Cosmetic. BOTOX Cosmetic targets specific areas of the face and neck to relax muscle tension and smooth lines and wrinkles. All neurotoxins generally last 3-4 months.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments that improve the appearance of the skin. They are typically used to restore volume and add definition to the face. Different brands and types of fillers utilize different active ingredients. The most common ingredient is hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that hydrates the skin.
A variety of dermal fillers that are safe and effective for multiple areas of the face are offered. After your consultation, Rebecca will determine which filler is best for you, ensuring a natural result.
Collagen P.I.N. Microneedling
The Collagen P.I.N. (Percutaneous Induction Therapeutic) microneedling device is a pen-like device that houses very fine, sterile needles. When passed over the skin, the Collagen P.I.N. creates a series of small punctures, or “micro injuries,” which effectively triggers your body’s natural healing response to injury.
This process promotes an increased production of collagen and elastin in the treated area, which gradually increases the firmness of your skin, reduces blemishes, improves signs of aging and sun damage, and minimizes the appearance of scars—all without having to remove layers of skin with lasers or chemicals.

Sculptra is injected into the skin to diminish facial wrinkles. It contains PLLA, which acts as a collagen stimulator, helping to gradually restore fullness to facial wrinkles and folds. This results in a softer and more youthful appearance. You may notice immediate results, but it can take a few months to see the full results of your treatment. Most people can return to their normal activities immediately after Sculptra injections. Swelling, bruising, and other side effects are usually mild and subside within a few days.
Clear + Brilliant ®
Clear + Brilliant is the first FDA-approved laser resurfacing treatment to not only correct signs of aging but actually prevent them. What Can I Expect with Clear + Brilliant?
A typical Clear + Brilliant procedure:

BHRT
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy or BHRT is the process of replacing or supplementing the body’s depleted hormones with natural identical hormones.
Why is BHRT important for women?
Bioidentical hormones are created to identically resemble the natural hormones secreted by the ovaries. During a woman’s reproductive years, her ovaries produce major hormones including estradiol, progesterone and testosterone.
